1. Simulation only — no real-world use
CrewHub is a flight-simulation hobby platform for entertainment purposes only. It is not certified aviation software. Nothing in the Service may be used for, or relied upon in, real-world flight planning, navigation or operations. All "flights", "airlines", "money", "fleets" and similar are virtual.
2. Eligibility & account

- upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content (including liveries you do not have the right to distribute);
- resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
4. User content & liveries
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. liveries, texts), and you grant us a licence to host and distribute it within the Service for its operation. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates optional third parties (e.g. SimBrief, Discord, IVAO/VATSIM/POSCON, the Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane ecosystems). Their own terms apply; we are not responsible for them.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, branding and content (excluding your user content and third-party assets) are owned by [PUBLISHER LEGAL NAME] and protected by law. Desktop software is licensed, not sold — see the EULA.
