This EULA applies to the CrewHub Installer, CrewHub Acars and the CrewHub desktop app (the "Software"), published by [PUBLISHER LEGAL NAME]. By installing or using the Software you accept this EULA.

1. Licence grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own flight-simulation hobby use, in connection with a valid CrewHub account.

2. Restrictions

3. Updates & components

The Installer downloads and updates components (Acars, CrewHub desktop, liveries) and may install required runtimes (Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Edge WebView2). By default these prerequisites are installed; you may skip them at your own risk during setup.

4. Authentication & data

The Software signs in with your CrewHub credential (an access key/token) and processes data as described in the Privacy Policy. The CrewHub desktop app embeds Microsoft Edge WebView2 to display the CrewHub web application; your session is handled by that web application over HTTPS.

5. Third-party components

The Software includes or relies on third-party components (e.g. Microsoft .NET / WebView2, SimConnect, Newtonsoft.Json, DiscordRichPresence), each under its own licence. Those licences continue to apply to their components.

6. Simulation only

The Software is for flight simulation and entertainment only and must never be used for real-world aviation.

7. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage to your system, data loss, or other harm arising from installation or use of the Software. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

9. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must uninstall the Software. Uninstalling the Installer also removes the components it manages.

10. Governing law & contact

Governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / FRANCE]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].
